@DonMoza i will you recommend watch a video how Peruvian pisco is made..and also a chilean how they do it .. Peruvian is grape juice =pisco //// the other is grapes juices = process =maceration=sweetness process = alcohol adition= water balance =pisco….NOTE: ask for a platano de manzana in peru they taste like apples amazing …..2 years later its crazy ..

wtf? Ron == spanish for Rum… Pisco has nothing to do with rum, it is distilled from 1-8 different fermented sorts of grapes and stored in glass or steel tanks. Pisco doesnt age in wooden barrels, thats why pisco in general is clear. Rum/Rhum/Ron on the other hand is a completely different story, first it’s made from molasses or sometimes sugar cane. Then its stored in wooden barrels which gives the golden color. Apples don’t taste different from bananas because of their origin!

“In most eggs, the salmonella bacteria exist only on the shell. Eggs should be scalded in boiling water for five seconds before use.” !!!!!!!!!!!

Pisco is a strong, colorless grape brandy. It was developed by Spanish settlers in the 16th century as a cheaper alternative to orujo, a pomace brandy that was being imported from Spain.

    saludos xD

  22. cvsdoc says:

what Chile has is not pisco, is AGUARDIENTE, so stop saying that “PISCO” from chile is different, ,we have “PISCO” they only have “aguardiente” ,thAT means only “alcohol”
